Toppy
Overview
Nice little utility which lives in the system tray that allows you to easily control which windows stay on top simply by using keyboard hot keys.
How it works
Basicly, after you have run Toppy! pressing WinKey + ArrowUp will set the active window to stay on top… and pressing WinKey + ArrowDn will set the window back to normal.
This is a very useful little app which i’m sure you’ll use all the time!

Just wanted to thank you for this application. Thought there is a UltraMon plug-in for that, but I was wrong. Searched the net a bit, and found your site (download.com still thinks you’re on .com) - which gave me some hard time downloading Toppy. Nevertheless, perfect app - directly entered my autostart folder

im just trying it now after mog recommended it. im not quite sure if its going to be annoying with the windows not behaving as expecting or if its going to be a real blessing.
however, what i’d like to see in future versions is optionally no trayicon and possibly no splashscreen as i like to have my desktop clean an stuff
