The screen capture application, Screeny, has been updated.

New features include:

• Support for .jpg and .png file formats
• Capture a window or the whole desktop
• Adjust the compression or quality of the saved screenshots
• Upload screenshot to the internet to share with others (experimental)

This version is not officially released yet but is available for testing. You can download it via the forums

I’ve added an option to delete old expired events at startup (so you can stop all the old events showing when you start EM if you want to… eg good for your backup scripts)

Lots of updates to this version.

The best new features are:

• Auto backups of your events file
• Added a system wide hot key (Ctrl + Shift + E) which allows you to create an event using selected text in any other application (useful to create new events from emails or web pages etc)
• Added functionallity to create any type of script to execute right within Event Manager (e.g. .bat, .cmd, .vbs, .py, ps1 anything you like)
